Question: How can I pay my golf bookings?
Answer: There are 2 ways to pay for your bookings. The first, you come in to our office. The second, you pay via credit card, view payment conditions.

Question: How long does it take before I receive confirmation about bookings I have made online?
Answer: We start handling the bookings within 24 hours. With online bookings made on a Sunday, this is 48 hours. There could be a delay whilst we are waiting for a response from the golf course. We usually respond to a client within 5 working days by email.

Question: Why are you closed on Sunday?
Answer: We need one day a week to test the quality of the different courses we offer in order to give you the best information.

Question: Can I pay with Diners Club Card?
Answer: No. The reason is that our bank does not allow it.

Question: Do I need to bring my handicap certificate?
Answer: We do not need to see any certifiate in order to do your booking but we will ask you for your handicap. We do recommend that you bring your handicap certificate to the course in case the Marshall wants to see it. Normally, the majority of the courses will not ask for it.

Question: How will the courses split the on 9 players?
Answer: It is always up to the course how this is done, however they will never put a player alone. The format would be 3+3+3 or 4+3+2.

Question: Can I order and pay for buggies through yourselves for each of the courses I book?
Answer: On some courses buggies are included in the price. See our web site for green fee rates. On courses where buggies are not included they are paid directly at the course. 90% of the courses do not allow prebooking of buggies, but there are plenty available. Mijas and Santana golf allow prebooking of buggies (paid directly at the course).
