Family day at San Roque golf club

19th of April 2009

Every year San Roque invites all their collaborators to visit their course and club house. We had a 09:00hrs “shot gun” start on the New course. At the beginning it looked like we were going to have a rainy and windy day, after a few holes the sun came out. San Roque New course was in the best shape that I have ever played it. I was also told by members that the Old course is in the same great condition. The New course is a difficult course. I recommend the course for the lower hcp players. I play of hcp 11 and find the course difficult to score. Course has many bunkers and water hazards. The greens were excellent, fast and perfect condition. I want to thank Leanne for organizing a lovely day. We will be back next year.

New management changes at La Quinta golf.
Course: La Quinta
Visited: 20th of March 2009

I met the new marketing director Fabio Peral. It was obvious that customer service was one of the main changes at La Quinta. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely lady called Gracia to tell me good morning. Gracia and her staff are  in charge of customer service. They makes sure all golfers know where to check in, help them with the bags to the buggies, make sure all buggies have complimentary water. The clients will now get free warm up range balls before their tee-time.

The course is also undergoing changes. The “C” course will soon close to install a a new drainage system. They have new buggies with club cleaning and ball cleaning.

In general I was pleased to see the new changes. Book La Quinta, see buggy offers and green fee rates.

Girl power!
Course: Miraflores
Visited: 12th of March 2009

This time it was the girls turn to visit a golf course. They did not get to play but I think they really enjoyed driving the buggies around the golf course. Maybe they specially enjoyed getting away from Peter and I, and enjoy a lovely lunch with Arto Paavilainen at Miraflores.

Please call our office and talk to the girls and ask about the condition of Miraflores golf, they will be very updated.
