In Spain the purchase and sale procedure has to be legalised by a public notary. This process is to be conducted with the seller and the buyer of the golf share. A process that Golf Service will assist both parties with.

Atalaya Golf Club from € 25.000

Atalaya Golf Club consist of two courses, the old and the new.

The Old course is a classical parkland course formed by a series of superb fairways of Bermuda-grass, strategically placed bunkers and elevated greens. The Old course is requested more then the New course among our clients.

Atalaya New is more challenging and hilly then the Old course. While the experts might find the challenge a little limited, the average club golfer will certainly find it quite enough to handle as the greens are sharply contoured and quick.

Casares Golf from € 3.000

Casares Costa Golf is located near the town of Casares, from which it get its name. Surrounded by beautiful country side where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the hills and the Mediterranean while you practice golf. Casares Golf is a nine hole course.

Guadalmina - reduced price
The second oldest golf club in the Costa del Sol, Guadalmina opened as a 9 hole course in 1959. It was extended to 18 holes in the late 1960s. The 10th and 11th holes run along the sea and the fairways are bordered by well established trees. The North Course opened in 1973, and it is more gentle than the South Course, but just as interesting and quite tight in places. Both courses were renovated by Global Golf in 2002.

San Roque Golf & Country Club
San Roque New Golf Course is the latest addition at the San Roque Golf which opened in 2004. These 18 holes was host to the 2006 Spanish Open and PGA qualifying school. Despite its age, San Rogue New course is a very mature course. A variety of large and deep bunkers filled with crushed marble sand waits for your drives from the tee and shots toward the greens. An abundance of cork and oak trees outline many of the fairways. The 4th hole par 3, try to play it from the special Seve tee.

San Roque membership only € 7.000!
A country individual membership available that entitles for 35 rounds per year on San Roque Old course of which 10 can be taken on San Roque New course. An additional €3383 transfer fee is to be paid to the San Roque Club.

Alhoa Golf from € 20.000
Aloha is not a long course, except for certain holes such as the 1st, 4th, 13th and 18th, but it needs precision and particularly on these holes also strength. It is an strategic course with very well placed obstacles and trees, a rough that also complicates things and fast and slightly uneven greens, definitely for skillful players.

Almenara Golf
The three 9 holes courses (Los Pinos, Los Lagos and Los Alcornoques) can be combined into 3 different 18 holes courses. The three courses each have their own character but all share undulating fairways, bunkers, winding streams and water obstacles. The holes are lined with cork or pine trees and the views are stunning. The greens at Almenara are immaculate.

Las Brisas Golf Club shares available
Few Golf Clubs can be as proud of their sporting history as Las Brisas. In 1970, the year in which it was officially inaugurated together with Puerto Banús, it hosted the International Spanish Open. In 1973 Las Brisas hosted the Amateur Spanish Open and the World Golf Cup, at which the best players of the time competed, with title being taken by the United States representatives Jack Niclaus and Johnny Miller, the latter establising the course´s record at 65 strokes. The Ladies’ record is held by the Spaniard Cristina Marsans with 67 strokes.

La Duquesa
Duquesa golf has many spectacular tees from which you can see the African continent and neighbouring Marbella. Teeing off from the 17th hole will convince you that there are very few courses in which nature and design merge so beautifully. The second 9 holes are by far the better holes.
