Two Swedish brothers, Patric and Peter Nilsson established Golf Service in 1998. Patric and Peter’s idea was to target golfers living in Scandinavia and provide them with a completegolf holiday package to include car rental, hotel accommodation, shuttle transport service, golf shares and, most importantly, discounted pre-booked green fees. Having grown up on the Costa del Sol and acquired the language and customs, they were able to not only provide golf packages but to also communicate with the golf courses on behalf of their customers. As a result of this Patric and Peter were able to develop a relationship with their customers based on loyalty while instilling in each customer a sense of confidence in everything that Golf Service could provide. Today, Golf Service has evolved in many ways. They book more discounted green fees with over 55 different golf courses on the Costa del Sol than any other agency on the internet or locally. They also book over 49 different golf courses on Costa de la Luz, Costa Almeria, Costa Calida, Costa Azahar, Costa Blanca and Costa Tropical. They have worked diligently over the years to maintain a close bond with customers from the early days and are very thankful to these customers as more than 85% of Golf Service customers are returning customers or referrals of these customers. Golf Service mainly books discounted green fees although car rental and hotel accommodation are of course available. Their clientele has grown from mainly Scandinavian to golfers from all over Europe, the majority being from the United Kingdom and also including the United States and Canada. Golf Service is in contact either in person or by telephone with all of the golf courses on a daily basis and because of this Golf Service is able to offer their customers a more efficient service while guaranteeing the lowest price available. Customers have been able to find and book discounted green fees through Golf Service on the internet since 2001 but Patric and Peter still like to keep the personal touch involved by always replying promptly and ensuring the customer that they are available for any reason. Golf Service is always moving ahead and Patric and Peter, along with a very helpful and informative staff, will always have their customers’ best interests at heart. From just booking onediscounted green fee to a complete golf holiday package, Golf Service will be committed to taking care of all of the arrangements while their customers can just relax and concentrate on their golfing. Golf Service for you! Golf Service rent a carGolf Service Rent A Car was established in July 2008. Golf Service opened the rental car business with another partner, Todo Coches The idea is for Golf Service to use their client data base for car rentals. Todocoches would provide with rental cars and re-sells. This combination has worked very well for us. For eleven years Golf Service has rented out cars for their golfing clients. Many different rental car companies have been used over the years. None have really fulfilled the demand Golf Service have demanded. With our own fleet of rental cars we now have 100% control over the quality and service we can give to our clients. In July 2008 we started with 17 cars. After only 10 months we have quadrupled our fleet. Our goal is to reach 100 cars. We feel with this fleet we will have the right variety of cars available and still give the personal service as a smaller rental car company can provide. |
