"When arriving at Almenara we were not informed about the course condition. The course was not playable. it was muddy all over, completely soaked and even when middle of fairway we were standing with shoes half covered in mud.If we had been informed about the condition we had of cause not played the course. We didnt know when teeing off on 1st tee, but after the first 9 we decided to end the game and went to the clubhouse. We confronted the pro shop but they claimed that we had been informed through golf service which we havent.They had an arrogant approch to the customer experience and continously claimed that the fault and problem was with Golf Service. We represent one of the best clubs in Denmark with +1000 members and we can not recommend Almenara. We of cause acknowledge that course condition after one month of rain is not the responsibility of the club, but we should have been given the option to have a refund before teeing off."
