Teeing off from the 17th hole will convince you that there are very few courses in which nature and design merge so beautifully. The second 9 holes are by far the better holes. Course reviews:

"Lovely layout designed by one of the most famous golf architects.
Sadly the condition of the course deteriorated over the years but they are doing work to get it back to a better course. Bunkers were terrible fairways weren’t too bad and actually not bad value for what it is. Lovely club house with friendly staff. Buggy recommend as long distances from greens to next tee on some holes and care needed on some of the slopes." - Spiggy
