"In this Situation with This Cold and wet Winter the Fairways are very soft and wet. Difficult to play out of the wet Sand in the Bunker. Normally the course is in good condition ,with Interesting lay out and wide Fairways playable for all HCPs.service and Restaurant are always good. "The course is little below average but the best of the three courses there. One thing is the course another thing is the service. It’s at proper resort but the standard service is low level. We booked a tee time 15:50 They were more than 40 minutes delay and therefore we couldn’t finish the course before sunset. The players before us and before them was playing really slow. La Cala shouldn’t do that many teetimes since they can’t handle it. Therefore a total caos at the buggy’s The buggy bar never showed and the staff at the buggy area very unkind. I will not choose la Cala again" - René

"We didn't enjoy this one much. A difficult course with elevated greens that were as hard as concrete, so not possible to keep the ball on them with anything more than a small wedge. We complained and received "rain check" vouchers valid for a year. Buggies are a must, I wouldn't want to walk it! Nice restaurant area but didn't try out the food." - Paul Elgar

"up and down. narrow and lots of blind shots. you really need to play conservative. Fairways are hard as rock and so are the greens. If you prefer soft fairways and soft greens. Go somwhere else. the views are nice, but this is a mickey mouse golf course like the two other la cala ourses." - a 13 HCP player

"Some parts of the course were very interesting. However too many holes had a very special layout including blind areas. Boggy paths not well layed out or mainrained. Greens generallt slow and with uneven speed. Tee areas worn and in dire need of maintenance. Most noticable problem lack of marshall to help speed up. We waited at every hole and spent a total of 5 hrs 28 minutes which is 1hr and 8 minutes more than normal according to computer. Not a good experience." - Anonymous

"Fine welcome at shop, but lousy service at caddymaster. Waitet around 40 minuts for buggy and was 15 min past our teetime. No information and no posibility to warm up before tee-off. And on top of the delay we had last 2 holes in total darkness. No compensation, so very bad. Cource is fine, have played it before...." - Bo Zangenberg

"Because of very heavy rain we rescheduled for 11.10 on Campo Asia. Given the weather, course in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful in making the change. Good buggies with automatic breaking made travel on very wet paths much easier. Overall excellent." - Ali G

"The golf course is spectacular in its setting but with a slope rating of 138 is probably only suitable for low handicap golfers. I enjoyed the setting but the course was too difficult for me to play. It's also very hilly and it's difficult to predict the way the ball is going to run unless you are familiar with the course. Personally I prefer flatter courses but it's a good golf course for low handicapper players. Definitely need a buggy to get around this course. The sand in the bunkers could have been better.
