"Challenging course in a beautiful environment. Well maintained and really good greens (again). Some more details: Warm welcome in the new pro shop, where also some lockers and bathrooms are hidden. Buggies are a must-have, even if you prefer to walk. Huge elevation changes and long distances between some holes. The practice area is way below average: pretty basic driving range, no chipping area and a green, which is quite a bad joke. Due to some rain during the week we had „cart path only“. This triggered some muddy spots on the fairways and resulted in a lot of walking because the cart paths aren’t close to some fairways, at all, I.e. on #18 you can‘t even see you cart once you are on the fairway. Apart from these weaknesses the course is in a good condition and I recommend to play there. Btw, don‘t miss Hole #19. The best restaurant and terrace which I have experienced in this region so far (know about 20 courses). But bear in mind, the kitchen closes at 5pm." - Carsten H.

Tees, fairways and bunkers were in good condition and the greens were running well. Buggies were a must, good on course facilities but no refreshment buggy but the clubhouse was half way. "This is a really enjoyable course to play. Many varied holes and the views from the mountain top are incredible. Greens have recovered well from the damage from the wild boars. The course can be tight and with small greens you need to use your head rather than brawn to score well. The two tee offs on the mountain top and on the 18th down the hills are great fun. There is a lovely little pavilion clubhouse where the food is very good. This is being improved on with a new bigger clubhouse being built next door... Staff are very friendly and helpful. "First of all, don't walk this course unless you are a tri-athlete!! Very challenging course that requires accuracy and the ability to pick your way around and only use your driver if you are a straight hitter! The greens had a lot of repairs on them, albeit they still ran fairly true. No 2 holes are the same and overall the course is unforgiving if you find yourself wayward off the tee or fairway.
