There will be a 2% banking charge of the total amount of your booking(s) when paying by credit card. This 2% charge does not apply to any walk-in bookings made in our office on the same day of play.

There will be a 2% fee of the total amount of your booking(s) applied when paying with PayPal.

We accept banktransfers, domestic and international. Any bank charges are to be paid by the sender. We need to receive bank transfer 15 days before your arrival. Note, international bank transfers can take between 3 to 7 days. We will email the vouchers upon receipt of bank transfer.

We accept Euros at any of our offices. Full payment has to be made before the first tee-time for the exchange of vouchers.

Swedish green fee checks are only used from Scandinavian countries. We accept payment for green fees, rental car, transfers and hotel bookings at our Golf Service office. Contact us for a quote and rate.

Refunds, modifications and cancellations

Cancellation rules and Modifications

All courses have different cancellation rules. To be safe we recommend our clients to cancel or make necessary changes 1 month before tee-time. Any cancellations or modifications we will do our best to meet your request. Cancellation of confirmed bookings that are paid we charge a 3 € per green fee admin fee. Any modifications after first golf booking request we charge 3 € per change we have to send to each golf club. Any cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period, we will charge full price of the green fees.

Insurance

Golf insurance is sometimes not included in our prices, has to be paid directly to the caddy master. Approx. 2,50 € per person. Consult our office if you want insurance policy on your courses booked.

Rainy days and refunds

Cancellations on rainy days and refunds- make sure to get a stamp on your voucher from the caddy master if it is too rainy to play. The golf courses decide when the courses are closed and when to stamp the vouchers for refunds.

Other local rules

Soft spikes are now mandatory on all golf courses. Dress code, no jeans, t-shirts, shorts above knees. Golf Pros must show their pro card to the caddie master to get their discount or courtesy.

Cancellations and modifications

All hotels have different cancellation rules. Contact our office for the cancellation terms on your booking. We recommend our clients to cancel atleast 1 month before travel to avoid any cancellation penalties.

Even players and Odd players offers

All courses have different buggy offers. Our booking system will specify how many buggies you have included when you make the booking.

This mean buggy is included for even players such as 2,4,6 players. Thus all even number of players. IMPORTANT- If you book for example 6 players the course will book you in their system as a 4 ball + 2 ball, thus 3 buggies are included in the price. We cannot guarantee you will play 3ball+3ball, this is decided by the caddymaster same day of play depending on availability. If you do decide to play 3ball+3ball the extra buggies are paid directly at the caddymaster.
